Our bobwhite quail are raised in large isolated pens where they are able to forage for broadcasted feed and exercise their wings. The idea is to make them as wild and flighty as possible. We work very hard to produce healthy birds that are fun to hunt, and taste amazing!
Our Vision
I still remember hunting quail as a child and hearing my grandfather talk about the days when they were everywhere you looked. Entire families hunted quail and made amazing dinners from them the same evening. We want that back, for our own family as well as for our south Texas neighbors. The wild quail are mostly gone now, but it's our goal to raise healthy, flighty birds that will forage and flush better than what is currently available on the market. That's why we do what we do!
